- Hiking and Beginning Ropes/Climbing courses

- Safe, effective Personal Training session

- Lunch of BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Pasta Salad, and Split Pea Soup followed by Self-Monitoring

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group focused on goal-setting
- Snack of Caramel Rice Cakes
- “Mountain to Sound” Scavenger Hunt

- Shower/Bunk Time
